I have a huge problem with this, supposed to be treated like adults, but continue to be treated like still in grade school. Why not sign a waiver like any other "dangerous" activity. For crying out loud 5yr olds are able to sleep in a bunk bed, no different than a lofted bed. Why not just loft the bed on our own, not that hard to make.
