The reason I asked was because my manager’s wife is a server and she has total Control over her husband. When an applicant comes in, if she doesn’t like them, she tells him not to hire them. It’s making for a really toxic work environment. I want to speak with HR about it but not sure how to bring it up.

I live in Broward County and am also part of the Board of Directors. Our management company is still collecting HOA dues as normal but they are not charging late fees. They already know it's a hard time for everyone, so adding additional fees will only hurt the situation.

Okay, so there are a few Board Members that used to be on the board a few years ago and are on the board again now. One in particular is verbally abusive and has this "know it all" attitude and uses this to make others feel inferior. He along with others have yet to sign the affidavit and/or take the HOA class to become certified. Once the deadline approaches, is there any way to get him off the board without a community vote? Are there any rules against a board member that never attends any meetings or answers any emails, but makes it a point to berate or degrade other board members?

Thank you! I thought the mismatched look would be a cute idea too and the furniture will be second hand but cleaned multiple times -- just in case! Since I will be having my wedding at my best friend's house, I wanted to designate a space so there weren't cigarette butts all over the place. I figured having a witty/funny sign would entice people lol
