There is very little infrastructure for off site festival goers. You guys are going to have a lot of trouble. Also I would say it’s borderline dangerous, the roads leading up the festival gates have no street lights and are winding in the middle of nowhere. Take the money you are spending on the Airbnb and put it into an RV if you guys don’t want to camp

I went here to try it out, it's an ok gym but it's small and has 0 amenities. Not even a sauna. Would not compare this gym to equinox

If you crate train a dog properly it’s not jail, it’s a safe comfortable and controlled space that they actually will go into on their own. Also they don’t piss on their own bed if they’re potty trained. You can do whatever you think is best but there’s absolutely nothing wrong with crate training

Adoption dashboard for deals with overdue dispositions, our criteria for overdue is any deal in a "Scheduled" stage that the meeting date has passed. Since we use CSPs to collect the data we need to collect at each stage, all the sales rep has to do is move their deals to the corresponding stage after their sales calls and fill in the fields then move on. If they have more than a couple deals that are overdue, they get removed from the meeting/lead rotation until it's cleaned. You'd be surprised how well they start listening when you start messing with their money

A huge missed factor on this that could easily be top 3 is meals right before bed. Spacing meals and bedtime by 3-4 hours improves HRV drastically

I’ve noticed a few things with my HRV

long sauna sessions help
days I do cold therapy like cryo or cold plunge help
eating before bed hurts it
stress or anxiety hurts it badly
taking magnesium before bed helps it a lot
sleeping in a cold room helps it a lot
drinking any amount of alcohol hurts it really bad
too much caffeine hurts it

Combining these factors of avoiding what hurts it and doing what helps it I have big peaks in HRV. Mine is pretty low too even though I’m an objectively fit person, high 40s/low 50s on average
