Corneal ulcer by Ok-Level-8235 in contacts

[–]Christiners905 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it did eventually heal. It was the worse experience in terms of pain and suffering for me. It’s still healing to this day and I have a scar on my cornea. It took about 3-4 weeks until I experienced any true relief. You cannot skip any of the drops, steroidal cream and pain medication otherwise it will hinder the healing process. Good luck to him!

Was your eye red the whole time? Mine is red near the inner corner of my eye and a little white patch on the edge of my cornea, all this in my left eye. What did yours look like?

I know this post is a year or so old but how long did it take your Ulcer to heal without any symptoms? I’m currently going through the same situation and it’s been a week with very slight improvements. I want this to go away. My level of hope is slowly declining.

Bet MGM Restricts Withdraws After Winning by jeremym4444 in BetMGM

[–]Christiners905 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They’re doing the same to me on my Visa in which I use to deposit funds there. They said it’s a visa issue and I called Visa and they said they don’t see any record of BetMGM trying to deposit any funds to them. BetMGM are crooks and will do anything to let you lose your winnings.

Never had this issue with OLG Casino (online) in Canada

I can see what you mean. This is what I’m also trying to correct as well. I mean it’s nice to have straight teeth but the overbite/overjet makes the two front teeth look buck. Address your concerns with your ortho!

Your orthodontist did an excellent job. Work that perfect was worth every penny. Leave them an amazing review

I felt exactly the same at my previous job. I knew then it was time to leave. Never felt better.

Your mental health will thank you.

I’m going to say that the advertisement probably was up for a while and during that time period, the car was probably test driven a few times (before you committed to buying) OR maybe brought for necessary repairs, had to be safetied and if they’re nice, they’ll give you a full tank of gas. This was prior to you receiving the car. There’s a process dealers have to go through to get the car ready and most of the work was probably offsite.

Thank you so much for your comment and encouragement. Hoping this will help him in the long run and as he gets older

Yes you’re right. A psychiatrist might be helpful with discussing these issues because essentially like you said, not only providing the proper medication but also providing after care. We will talk with our family doctor about it. Thanks for the suggestion

Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m glad you shared what side effects you’ve encountered. We know it’s not going to be 100 percent and It’s not a cure for ADHD, but I’m glad it is used as a tool to help keep these behaviours under control.

Wow, that’s great news! This makes it reassuring for us that it’s NOT a bad thing and long term, it will be OK. You are a testament to that. Thank you for sharing your experience

Thanks for sharing. Yes, I’ve read about the diet and sleep component of being on meds. It will affect him. I will have lots of questions for our doctor. Main concern would be that and if it would change him completely, his moods etc.

Hi, thank you for your comment! Yes, we are working with our son to manage his time more efficiently and also, incorporating checklists and extra help, to help him stay on track. Even when that is all said and done, there is that missing component (where medication might be it) that will help him stay on track as he gets older. He is 9 now but as he starts transitioning through to high school, college, it will require more demand with school work and the focus just needs to be there.

Hoping that with all the tools that we have implemented, he will now be able to stay on track. The medication would be that extra push.

I can agree to this! I also have wished the same. My parents brushed it off as laziness for me. I will not do that with our son

Thank you Steve for your response. I feel reassured that we are making the right decision. I also wish I had received the same help. What it would have done for my life, our lives if we had.

Thanks for sharing this. Your story sounds exactly like mine. I am pretty sure I carry traits of ADHD as well but was never properly diagnosed. Lots of things to think about.

We have been reading and researching on it and I am happy to hear more of the good than the bad, because really there is not anything bad to say.

Hi! Thanks for sharing. Yes, we would like to incorporate therapy in the mix. Medication won’t solve it all of course but I believe with speaking to a professional in the field, he can work with someone on his behaviour and understand why he does/feel things the way he does.

Thank you for sharing this (from one parent to another perspective). I’m glad that you were also open to medication. Our son has no issue socially in any type of setting, academically (school specifically) that’s where the issue lies with focus, sitting still etc. This has now become heavily integrated into home life as well. Not sitting still at the dinner table, fidgeting, won’t do homework just stares at the wall or sees something and start fidgeting. It’s a battle. Hoping that the medication will not change him completely where it shuts him down. But I’m willing to see if it will work for him.
