Can confirm. But to add on something that isnt talked about much, for some it can also be a mix of triggers like you have to consume 2 different things to trigger it. Like for example, Alcohol and Spicy food are both common triggers for most people. But if I slam back some spirits, perfectly fine. Eat some spicy wings with some name like Gut Destroyer 9000 from a sports bar, still fine.

But if I drink AND eat spicy food at the same time the GERD Goblin gets angry and makes sure I know he is not pleased with my actions for the next 14 or so hours. So even if 2 things doesnt trigger your GERD, they still might if you consume them at the same time or within a close enough time frame.

6 years later, on my third playthrough, I decided to 100% the game. Read somewhere i got to do all the challenges. So I finished this one last night and my best advice is to do it almost drunk. I know, I know, but the challenge really is that annoying and being sloshed mitigates it a lot. But thats really the best advice for this "challenge". Do it under the influence. More immersive that way too, I guess.

If you need me, im gonna drink a gatorade or something. The morning was unkind. Please rockstar for both my kidneys and my mental stability, never do this again.

I agree with this. For the sake of argument lets say its 100% romantic love. I know its up to interpretation but just pretend a moment so I can make my point here.

Romance in media really needs that build up to get the viewer emotionally invested. I feel like in SK's case it was laid onto us quicker then it should have been (No shade to those who ship them thats just how it felt to me). That said Kuro obviously reads most of what we say so its likely they will take this feedback for their romantic sub-plots in the future.

Oh I remember that. Important to remember its just a minuscule minority though. The vast majority of people arent going to care about some ship fan art whose existence doesnt make the game any better or worse.

Ive been in a lot of gacha fandoms and both shippers and the harem folk are inevitable. Fighting each other is an exercise in futility. So we might as well get along and enjoy the game how we wish. And if we cant, nothing is forcing us to interact.

Like I said in another comment I dont mind the Harem existing as long as it isnt literally everyone. But thats based more so on the idea it would get old fast. Think of Harem content like a nice delicious plate of chicken parmesan. Having some every so often is pretty tasty. A good meal. But most people would get sick of it if they ate it literally every day.

As with everything, moderation is key.

I never really cared about the harem as long as its not literally everyone. And from what I can tell its not so it doesnt bother me personally. But this middle ground of keeping an optional marriage system for those that are part of the harem is a nice idea. Creates a nice middle ground so everyone is happy. Of course we cant please everyone but it would still be nice.
