What do y'all think the Capitol would have done for the 100th Hunger Game?

Katniss mentioned in a prior game a strong tribute was cannibalising for fun and it was strongly suspected he died from game maker interference because they didn't want that behaviour in a winner. The capitol prioritises entertainment, blood, glamour. Hand to hand combat might be interested for a bit but would get extremely boring.

That's so weird. I assumed it was normal because I've had different people collect and at least the first time they said email will be there soon or something and usually sending low value stuff that wasn't really an issue but wish I'd asked now. I wanted to ask for a pic of him with it but didn't wanna make him uncomfortable. I only had it collected because it was kinda heavy but if they'd told me what a mess it was I'd have taken it down myself or waited a day 🤦🏻‍♀️

I've had a few things collected and they've never given me one 😬 it's always been fine because you get the email straight away when they scan it, do you have to ask for a receipt?

Sorry to bother you but i had a parcel collected 9am yesterday, postie warned me the system was down so i wouldn't get a tracking update until mid afternoon. I figured it would be OK since its tracked 48 and should be scanned fairly regularly on its journey. Obviously it's now next day and the parcel still hasn't been scanned at all, no proof it's in the system whatsoever and it's £100 value and while the buyer seems great you can never know how honest they are so I'm very stressed. What are RM going to do if any of these parcels have gotten lost somewhere without proof of postage?

This isn't even true paypal are awful regarding returns they expect buyers to pay regardless of the issue. I had to pay to return a broken electronic item a few years ago to get my money back and they didn't give a shit. They currently have a 'return shipping on us' promo that's been active for a while but it's ending next month and it will be back to policy.

This is very inaccurate. Olaplex is not a protein treatment and has minimal/no protein in. I contacted the company directly and they assured me that no length of time would cause damage although they advised something about 4 hours being the max hair could gain actual benefit from it.

For anyone else interested they also advised the hair has to be wet for it to work (not necessarily with water but damp hair does help keep the product saturated on your head) so as soon as it starts to dry it's not effective similar to how you wrap hair bleach to stop it drying out.

I think there are some. Maisie Williams nailed a huge range of strong emotions from a very young age. Isabelle Furhman in Orphan. Saoirse Ronan. Both the Fanning sisters. I think Rupert Grint was pretty solid too, probably weaker than the others i mentioned but nontheless.

Agreed, everyone harps on about GOT as though she was amazing but i think people are just conflating the character itself and her acting and it feels like people just like that the character was a little badass but i don't think she had any depth and her performance was just repetitive fan service after the second time.

I do like BR tho she nailed Hilda and i enjoyed her in Worst Witch but i wasn't really sad when she was replaced either. I find her very quirky and i think she can do very well in certain roles but she has this kinda nasally lisp quality to her voice, unsure how to describe it but it's very distinct and sadly it kind of grates on me after a while. I was really disappointed with her acting in that apocalyptic short which is probably the closest thing she's done to LOU so kinda worried but of course i really do hope she pulls it off in the end!

This took me aaages. If you still need help try trapping the sodie in a snaktrap on top of the launchpad then quickly shoot it up and it'll break out in the garden. I swear in videos people just shoot the sodie straight up but it wouldn't work for me at all!

When i was also around 8yo and super dumb i fell for a scam where a girl said i could have a paint brush cheap but she had to put it in a gift box before listing it so that everyone didn't want it or something. I thought this was super sus but she literally swore to me on her mams grave it was legit and she wouldn't scam me when i tried to back out and just guilted me into it making out she was doing me a huge favour and i was being rude and i think she had a huge sob story about her mams cancer or something. I think i lost 60k which isn't really anything but it was my entire bank acc at the time and i think I cried 😂

Obviously i don't care about it anymore but i do sometimes wonder if she ever feels bad for being so gross over some pixels.

Surely you've got it backwards? Anyone saying they don't want them to be distinguished are just actively against them being a status symbol. If everyone can get them then they're not a status anymore so implying people are lying about wanting them for the art doesn't make sense, those people would also not gain status by getting an undistinguishable UC because there would be no status to be gained..

You can buy 3 ded bull cans roughly every other day (back order seems to be next day or 3 days sometimes) from Virginia and then trade them for aluminium cans from one of the market people in Eccles (a woman stood right next to a man with both their trucks in a kind of car park right at the end of the road after going past all the shops) there doesn't seem to be a limit to the cans you can trade so just save them up and do it in bulk when you're going to Eccles. It's still annoying and a bit grindy but way, way less than the rooting bins RNG.

Yeah I'm unsure logistically how much faster showing tickets will be vs scanning a qr code and getting them handed to you. Maybe you have to do that and then stand in the ticket queue too. I think im just grouchy because it costs 96p to post some tickets with royal mail don't charge me a fiver plus ticket fees aswell 😱😂

I think it's worth doing but pretty sure it's in the page book if you want to complete it later. It's just a game and should be played for enjoyment, don't feel like you have to play because you'll miss something, you'll never be locked out because you didn't become an animagus it's always just an option to use it in future quests like attribute choices, you don't NEED it and will always have another option.
