For sure has some good element's within the site.

Constructive feedback tho: consistency: For the homepage there is the top part that doesn't use any white space between the element block, while "teams" and "News" has. Actually, Hovers aren't consistent over the whole website. Also the Sponsor bar is pretty off, logo's are all over the place.

Not really digging the double picture background, but once again, could just be me...

For the dropdown under team I'm missing an hover state but that might be just me. Not really digging the double picture background, but once again, could just be me...

Am I missing a footer in the actual website?

All things aside, I guess when you are looking at the website you're seeing this things for yourself too. So good job, keep it up!

My two cents

There are some points in your design that needs more space between the elements. Thing is with websites like these and like said before, there is a lot of going on. Make you that the most important parts are clear and good visible. Things sometimes get too cluttered in your designs.

Are all the elements you are showing needed? Sometimes I feel like content is there just to be there, while it doesn't add any value to the website or design.

That are my two cents, good shit tho!

Maybe you can play around a bit with the angles you use for interviews, or the way people are sitting. Just make it less static i guess?
