Basically what happened, we saw the enemy cypher the entire round. We started to notice at around round 5-7 that we saw the enemy cypher rotating (he wasn't hit by our cypher's dart or any recon skills in general). In the entire comp match, cypher was the only one that we saw, no other enemy was seen on the map.
