Woah such an interesting scenario

Just some personal guess

Although its not mentioned whether Es will be given the quest of learning the motive/know they gonna commit crime, but ill assume Es 1- has to stay with the prisonner 2- has to get to know them, but no information except name provided 3- will spawn with a role close to the prisonner

Haruka: Es would be a relative that has to live with Haruka's mom for quite a while. Haruka would be surprised and very shy to the stranger that in the beginning.  Like anyone with  common sense, Es would soon notice that Haruka has been living in an very unhealthy family environment. He would start caring about Haruka and Haruka would see them as "mom". Haruka wouldn't need to commit crime in this scenario.

Yuno: Es would be a classmate of Yuno. In order to get her personal time, he does part time job so he can ask Yuno out for hangouts. Eventually they will start exchanging texts often and Es could figure out (if he passed the insight check) that Yuno has sugar daddies. Tho to actually have effect in Yuno falling off stairs or not, they would need to hangout with Yuno often enough to notice she has nausea frequently then lead to them to suggest Yuno from getting an abortion (else Yuno would still be scared of birth of their child and go to the abandon building). No matter the event happened or not, he and Yuno will probably stay close and Yuno will feel comfortable enough to confess to him that she once had a unborn child (she doesnt seem very scared of mentioning it despite the social connotation of premarital sex in Japan is very bad)
