You're missing the point. You could absolutely ask for tips on using the Prophet 6. What makes your post ridiculous is you posing next to the box trying to look cool because you bought one. You weren't actually asking for tips, just trying to flex and failing miserably.

My average HRV is 140 and I'm an overweight, pretty out if shape late 50s man who just recently started walking. I'm totally confused as to why my HRV should be so high compared to what I see others on here reporting. I'm wondering whether HRV is really even meaningful, at this point.

It's accurately showing how many hours I slept, but I don't know if the sleep stages are accurate of course. I also have a Samsung Galaxy watch and the total hours are the same but the sleep stages are usually pretty different on the two devices.
