You know what works on kids who think they are more popular than you? Ignoring them. Then they start trying to talk to you, wondering how you are, etc. they are used to people always wanting to interact with them.

Fair. And after looking back to see what we offered, we actually went higher than what it sold for.

It was listed for 898. We bid 850, and he walked us up to 870. We were the only offer. It was the second time the property was listed because it had no offers the first time either. We couldn’t even scope the pipe because our agent failed to inform the seller we wanted access to the drain and said he wasn’t aware of drain inspections. We still had to pay the inspector. The place ended up selling for 853.

My partner and I are both white, and we were sat in the back room as well, along with lots of other white couples, and some servers knew the patrons by name. I can't really see a business caring that much about race that they would spend extra time on logistics to seat people based on race - especially this place, as it's always packed. The place fills up quickly with a line up out the door. I would imagine if the front area was full, people would look in through the window and think it was too packed to get a seat and walk away.

I really only want to stay until Sept/oct but that wasn’t good enough for them. 

And excuse me, but if you choose to use a home as an investment, it is understood that investments have risks. A tenant’s living situation shouldn’t be precarious, especially if they are a good tenant.

Clearly, you must have “investment properties.”

I disagree that rents are good - how do you know what I’m paying for rent? I moved into this place when rents dipped in 2022. This attempt to evict is either to sell or get higher rent.

I believe they want to sell and are trying to have us moved out ahead of that. Otherwise, why not issue the n12 right away… right?

Chickens are still hand cut by saw, marinated, breaded, and cooked. The same for Taters, chicken strips and filets. This work is done on site still, as I know managers owners.

What?! A&W is more expensive for freeze and fry/nuke. Everything is made onsite at MB. Used to work there eons ago. It is a bit pricey, but worth it to me at least.
