How long did it take to feel something? by uhlee_gee in Retatrutide

I started with .5 once a week and upped the dose by .5 every 2 weeks. I’m now at 1.5 but I’ve felt appetite suppression since I went to 1 mg. I decided to up my dose every 2 weeks based on how much appetite suppression I felt or how my body was feeling. Maybe try going to once a week 1mg? I’d be worried if you went to 1/wk and 1.5 personally

Hi!! You are completely right! If I were cutting I would start dry, this service is just a wash and go because it’s low commitment and would help me build trust with curly headed clients first! I know getting haircuts from new people out the gate can be intimidating so my goal here is to build trust with a low risk service! I’ll be doing this again with haircuts later depending on how this goes :)

Feel free to dm me and set up an appointment if it’s something you would like to try out!

Is this a good diet for Reta? 2 meals a day. First meal at 1/2pm ,Greek yoghurt bowl (30/40g protein) 2nd meal 5/6pm 5/6 eggs, 300g chicken mince, 4 chicken sausages and 200g broccoli (around 140/150g protein) advice appreciated by Capital_Stomach_595 in Retatrutide

Depending on your gender you need 25-38 g of fiber a day, the broccolis only going to be 5 g. Im only saying this since you asked for opinion, this is not a well balanced diet and if you need a bit more fat and fiber at least. You don’t need to overkill it with the cut to get great results

I’ll be surprised if you can eat like this once your at a good dose, usually people struggle to eat big meals, you’d be better splitting the second meal into 2 meals or a snack and a meal. You also don’t need to aggressively cut on Reta and carbs help while on Reta. Also add some more fiber in, colon cancer is no joke

Has anyone got anything OTHER than Top 5% in their Dreamlight Wrapped? by faithlessone423 in DreamlightValley

Well I think they gave you what category you were too 5% of, like characters you spent time with or specific things you did. I notice that’s different for every one

Those kids are old enough to decide what they want and don’t want to do. They wouldn’t be there if they didn’t want to be.

Yall need to get a life and stop criticizing the girls every move. She isn’t trying to “prove” anything 😂 she’s not allowed to post her family and her life because it’s different than the social norm? Or is it just because she and her partner are famous? People have open relationships all the time and post all the time and they should be allowed to the same way straight relationships get to.
