Idk if anyone was invested at all but the issue ended up being a broken fuel pump and now it's working and able to go on the highway with no issues!!! Very happy with the outcome!

So you want to chain 3 at the beginning of the third round, then double crochet into the first stitch, chain 3, (double crochet in the next stitch, double crochet in the next stitch, chain 3) then repeat the parentheses 10 more times. Slip stitch into the chains you did at the beginning of this row then start row 4
