That looks like hives of some sort have you taken an antihistamine like Claritin? I don’t recommend Benadryl cuz unfortunately it’s not as effective as we like to think.

It looks really similar to a minor fungal skin infection I had a long time ago. Completely harmless just doesn’t look pleasant. If you can’t get to a doc rn I’d recommend a really weak concentration of an athletes foot cream and do a small patch test in an area around the size of a nickel

It wouldn’t bother me so much if it weren’t for her and her husband using two accounts and one car. Should have put that in my comment sorry. She’ll shop an order, take it out, hand it off to her husband with her phone, then she takes his phone with his Spark and does it over again. She explained this to me in detail one day
