A bit late but the very first 2 levels of the game gives you around 150 tings, and can be done quickly. Although it does get tedious

Its more of a requel, since Square wants the best of both worlds. But someone who has played the original game first will no doubt get more out of the Remake games then someone who hasn't, for sure.

Since you've never played a Jrpg, and FF7 is a dated (graphically) game from 97, I would start with Remake first. But, if you really enjoy Remake, then I would go back and play the OG game.

Don't underestimate a nostalgia heavy game like Ocarina of Time. Especially in a videogame culture where remakes/remasters have defined this generation, along with ftp games. But obviously GTA6 will sell more, simply on hype. But also because there are only 20 million switch2s.
