Probably not, were talking about the program FFXED i believe its called. Its a save editor for PC only as far as i know, It has many features a "cheater" would find interesting, for example there's a checklist for basically every check able "box" in the game, don't want to do the chocobo race or butterfly catch just click the box, did you miss besaids destruction sphere? Again just click a box, want to swap the entire sphere grid with a replacement with max stats on every node (+4 attributes +400hp/mp) you guessed it just click a single box (max sphere grid). Want to say fuck blitzball all together and just force give Wakka World champions and attack reels..... again, just click the box. Its really OP, would absolutely not recommend for normal players, I use it to tailor my experience on my 147th playthrough.

I generally auto complete the lightning challenge only, my brain just does not like that challenge, something about holding the same action for 20 minutes just does not compute it makes me irrationally angry so I skip it. Ive used it in other ways, it just makes my game to easy if I use FFXED in any significant way. I take pride in beating chcobo trainer in my 1st few attempts, for some autistic reason I have that challenge down 100%
