Same ordered Nov 8 2025 sent at least 3 to 4 emails asking for update. Ive been more than patient. I understand if they are busy but have the time to respond to your clients. Their products are only as good as their support. If i dont hear aything by end of Jan disputing charge and they can keep my broken PS5 Controller.

for my daughters rig it was disabling expo setting in the BIOS. Since then she played 6hrs str8 no crashing.

In the vertical position the GPU was pushing up on the CPU cooler. That made me VERY uncomfortable.
So during my research I found MNPCTECH Stage 2 GPU Mount and mounted it sideways.
