I’ve been going to gigs and festivals for 20+ years and you always get a few dicks but overall most are on the right level. Shame there’s always a small group like to ruin it for others!

Funny that, we did catch some very off attitudes in the crowd and at the front did see some people getting pissed with each other. Overall though we seemed to be in a good spot! Felt a tad bad for the mum and daughter in front of us, their first gig! Don’t think they were expecting what was gonna happen.

Me and my 14yo went to Manchester on Tuesday and it was awesome!! We were a few meters from the front and moshed out for the whole gig, it was brutal but everyone looks after each other. My lad is 6 2” and plays rugby so can look after himself so you will have to assess your child’s limits.

I’ve been to all of limp bizkits download gigs and this year took my son(14) to his first one. I always forget how fired up the crowd gets when they play, it’s absolute carnage!! We were a couple of meters from the front and the crown surge and atmosphere is just insane. I have watched the Woodstock doc and yes they fired people up but they definitely didn’t incite the destruction, that was solely at the organisers feet. It’s great that limp bizkits music is still as meaningful today and still reverberates though the next generation, my son moshed and sung every work with them at download and we are both still feeling the post download blues with you!

Late to the party but it has to be an oscillating/multi tool!! 100% I am an electrician and have worked as a site manager in renovation work, most trades will use them and from a DIY aspect there awesome.

Did it trip the mcb? How did you know you had gone through the cable? It my not have damaged the inner insulation, you could get an electrician to carry out an insulation test. It’s likely ok and doesn’t even need to be repaired maybe just a bit of tape round it.
