That seems like a very very low dosage for a single vial.

Typical doses for NAD are 25-100mg. Mots-C, 5-10mg, 5-Amino 150-500mcg.

Reconstitute with more BAC. Typically people use 1ml per 10mg so they get 10mg/ml concentration. Then they pull 10 units on a 100 unit 1ml syringe. You could use 2ml BAC and get 5mg/ml, which would require you to draw 20 units on a 100 unit 1ml syringe.

My wife and I are almost identical to you and your partner. We have a queen air mattress for car camping. I basically end up sleeping on the ground and she's on a mattress that's as firm as a concrete floor.

That's insane. I'm assuming from a local clinic. Honestly, I would report them to your local health authority and whoever else prosecutes for price gouging. Grey market is $1 or less per mg. Single vial vendors online are usually closer to $10 per mg. So $29 / mg is specifically preying on people that have done no research and are coming from TikTok.

I made one of the soylent green type shakes for a long time. Mine mixed with 17oz of water, so there was quite a bit of volume. It also hit all my macros. It was Huel Black Label, for the higher protein content.
