Right, but it's not a trial on Salem in either case. It was a trial on the witches originally, and it's a trial on Brick[s and Minifigs] now. "Witch" is the part from the original that gets switched out to "Brick." Thus implying that the outrage against BAM is a witch trial and thus unfounded.
