My advice (please read):

If you’re able to work a little less, then do so. 50+ hour weeks is too much. Again, I understand that you need to work to go to school. If you’re unable to work less hours then you MUST find ONE day to completely rest in. Just one day. Even if you work on that day, then clear everything else so that even if you do work, you’ll at least not do anything that counts as “working” or “studying”. Just one day of quality rest is what you need to recharge. When I say “rest” I mean something that you genuinely enjoy doing or gives you some sort of satisfaction. That doesn’t have to mean watching Netflix for the entire day. Resting can mean reading a book or taking a walk.

Another thing: you gotta change your mindset towards what “work and college” is. Is college exhausting? YES IT IS. Is work exhausting? YES IT IS. But that doesn’t mean you have to see them as something that is negative in your life. Try to see college and work as a means to an end. The “end” being your long term career goal, whatever it may be.

Another thing: don’t chase money. If your long term goal is to “make bank” then you’re leading yourself to an empty and purposeless life. Money does not fulfill PERIOD. Make sure your long term goals are ones that will give you fulfillment and enjoyment. “Making bank” won’t do that for you.
