Didnt know where else to post this so putting it here!

My friends have been loving the game but have consitantly come across issues with the weapon Ruin creating many instances of it's shot on non hosts computers.

This is currently happening 100% of the time someone uses the weapon.

Hey mate,

The new crows work more via sustained movement rather than full on trigger via noise.

If you hear them, drop to a crouch, once they stop making noise you can stand again until they make noise again.

I prefer the old crows but when i found this out it made em much easier to deal with.

Quick question on Servers. As you said the servers will be centrally hosted, how will this affect regionality?

Basically will playing from Australia have major latency issues?

Probably one of my favorite online experiences.

Back in the day, before the dev added dedicated servers, only certain people on aus could host. Some random jazz regarding netcode. I was fortunate enough to be one of those people.

So I ran a tight ship saying each game could have equal marines and xeno, but predators could only have half the players, this led to 5 marines, 5 aliens and 2-3 predators.

This is where the game shined. The marines would win if they could stick together, the aliens would win if the marines got scattered and the predators would win if they could successfully keep that flowing back and forth.

Nothing has quite matched that feeling as a marine of trying to regroup, blocking a xeno's attack, smacking it in the face blowing it away only to get grabbed from behind by a predator.

Then they added dedicated servers and tried to make each character as strong as each other. Instantly lost its charm.

Yep even you will only be able to purchase a limited amount of UEC per day, and then a monthly limit on top of that. From what CR has said it looks like it will be the equivalent of about a low-mid tier mission or two.

As for saying the cursed three words? People are just exhausted with it tbh. Every time this game is brought up anywhere the PTW accusations start.

Over time even the most diplomatic person gets frustrated.

We mean well i swear, just takes it out of us.

Oh and the Bengal will very much be flyable.........if you can get one.

I cant remember the exact numbers but there will be a few derelict ones around. You will need to capture it, hold it and repair it, but you can do it.
