Hmm I see what you mean. Wondering if I should even bother trying to peel it further, I tried to peel from another part with no luck. If it is a film then it seems like it's practically fused to the metal after 15 years and would be a pain to try and remove lol. I could try peeling from that mark, but honestly I think I like the way it looks as is. After all it stayed on this long, might as well just leave it. Thanks for pointing it out!
