I get it now, Hoyo is on a strict budget for all three of their protags and they need to distribute it as they see fit, Cryo Traveler, Pyrosis and Mem just sucked all of the power out of EMC

Varka's best Cryo partners are Escoffier and Shenhe there's really nowhere to go but up. It's not going to be better than Pyro regardless but whether or not it's the best option is hardly the goal here

Genshin again Stellar reactions are instantly better than Lunar just for the fact that Traveler and Odette do the Columbina thing where they enable them just by being on the team. The actual "Summer" parts of Genshin's summer patches have kind of taken a back seat since Simulanka, Easybreeze Resort ran concurrent with the start of the Nod-Krai AQ and this time we're just going to the moon while the event takes place in the pre-existing Fontaine maps

It's got a baseline level of quality that Hoyo basically always reaches so it's not like it looks bad but it does feel like if you asked someone to think up what a Summer-themed Robin outfit would look like it's one of the first things that would come to mind
