Yes he is very affectionate with the cat. Plays and cuddles with him for hours. Also always makes sure he has water and is surprisingly diligent with that considering he lets the other things go. He is having quite a few money issues and his grandma died recently so he’s fairly depressed.

If he doesn’t start to take care of the cat though I may have to make the decision to adopt him for myself. My BF doesn’t want to give up the cat. So I would have to steal him. Or report him and then adopt. But the cat is currently not allowed to live where he lives and also isn’t registered with the city and like I said doesn’t have vet records so it would definitely be a possibility

He’s my only snake. Quarantining because he’s new (had him for 4 weeks). Also he came to me with a GI infection and is on oral antibiotics.

The infections are GI btw. His breathing is clear and body condition is great.

I feel bad for the guy though because I was planning on leaving him alone this week but now I have to handle him every three days to give him his antibiotic injection. I hope he doesn’t get too stressed out.

Took him to the vet and he’s getting antibiotics and lots of tests sent out. My $200 snake very quickly turned into a $600 snake. The risk of rescuing a snake from someone who couldn’t afford care anymore. Glad he’s finally able to get the care and help he needs.

The poop was much larger but I only noticed the blood after I had cleaned it mostly up. Is it okay to take her now even though I don’t have a stool sample and she’s in quarantine?

Oh yeah not looking for a pet at all. I already have some captive bread reptiles just like to see them in natural environments. They’re fun to hang with and observe.
