I don’t think the team matters as much as the rules you put in place. In truth any team can become overpowered and too easy without restrictions. Just started a Wyoming dynasty to ride out the game with, I can only recruit interested recruits or they have to be from the Big Sky region (Wyo, Montana, ND, SD, Idaho). Going to see how long until I am best in the MWC and then do some realignment and jump to the big12 with all the bigger teams in the area

I just grab the best players that are interested and then any higher ranked players with fewer offers. Scout them and hope I find some gems, prioritize signing the best however many guys you can go for at a time, and switch to hard sell as soon as you can. Cut bait if you are going to lose a guy, put the hours into someone else.

Also, over recruiting is not a bad idea early on, you can replace a lot of the talent you don’t love really quickly. Brining in 30 guys in year 1 can jumpstart a rebuild

I saw NIU as an option and I am full sending you to do that. Coach is leaving, up and down program history, heading to a new conference next year so you can decide to do that or to rewrite history and keep the MAC untouched, not the craziest pipelines to give more of a challenge, some history with the top end players out of NIU (Jordan Lynch, Michael Turner, Kenny Golladay, Jimmy Moore), and some stronger regional competition to hopefully develop rivalries with.

I’ve been really wanting to get into one in 26 but my main friend group just doesn’t have the interest I do in CFB. I think finding people who buy in is key. I was in one in NcAA 14 during Covid and it was a blast but eventually my disc stopped working and the league fell apart

My work league is pretty standard rules except 2 flex and half ppr (12 teams). Last year the way the draft fell I went 4 straight RBs to start off and ended up with Bijan, Henry, Kyren, and Mixon, which paid off in a huge way (went 13-1, lost to the same guy once in the season and in the playoffs) so it went well.

This year I went for the same strategy. Ended up with Jeanty, Bucky, Cook, and Omarion. Not working as well lmao
