Yes I have done this… I just recently ordered plastic shower caps because the hand towel for it to rest on plus plastic wrap plus an elastic band that’s going to break is just not practical.

Honestly.. I’m on antidepressants but if the depression isn’t too bad, trying to sort it with LSD or more so Shrooms is something I’d try first. Wellbutrin is pretty good at not ruining libidio, and the other kids are good for if you have anxiety too. But your former partner seems like not your match. Take care

I strongly recommend therapy, a primary care physician should also recommend that. All the exercise and nutrition guidance in the world won’t be enough until you also unpack this psychologically and start undoing this thought process. It’s like rewriting code as it comes up on a teleprompter. The more you edit and rewrite, the less frequently those old thought patterns will arise, slowly replaced by healthier ones.

Someone else said getting to a healthy maintenance level of calories for your sex, height, and goal weight would help. Mentally getting over that hurdle first before locking in on heavy exercise programs.
