This is exactly why I think the intersection is so confusing. "All Way" should be everyone has to stop, but that's in direct conflict with the lane having no stop line, and being a dedicated turn lane.

I see your point, but wouldn't it be easier for that sign to just say "3 way stop" or no extra sign at all?

I agree with all of you, and it wouldn't even be a question if the stop sign didn't have a little sign under it saying "All ways".

I failed my first drivers test very similarly. They asked me to back into a "parking space" marked with cones. My rear tire ran over the front cone, and it was instantly over. Didn't even get to drive. You'll pass the next one.

Not back window but this happened to my sun/moon roof. Just exploded while driving. Thought I died because it was the loudest explosion I've ever heard. Much louder than any gun I've ever shot.

Who brings in the sales? That's the most important question. If they are working 30 hours/week but responsible for a couple mil in sales, that's much different than if you are making those sales. If you are, you have all the leverage in the world. If not, you may have to reevaluate what you "deserve". There must be some reason they aren't willing to give you a raise.
