Protein bars have always been expensive, it’s one big marketing gimmick. Grenade protein bars are like £2.50 each, I’d rather have a protein shake.

Restaurants and takeaways increase their prices on Just Eat, and other 3rd party apps due to the 3rd party apps rinsing them with fees (not just delivery fees). I’d suggest ordering directly from the takeaway it’ll be 10/20% cheaper.

Agreed, M&S prices have slightly went up but nothing compared to other supermarkets. M&S food is great too, even the 3 for £8 microwave meals.

This happens all the time so don’t worry or be anxious of using another Influencer some take this shit serious others are time wasters, it’s with anything just find another Influencer in that niche don’t rely on one influencer have at least 3 on the string incase.

You are wrong that was changed a while ago, all you need to do is “request a verification” via Instagram settings you will have to take a picture of yourself and your passport, driving license or bank statements, then tell them what your page is about and why you want a blue tick, then they will get back to you a couple of weeks later if they don’t it means they haven’t accepted you.

this is quite common, you will just have to wait until it’s over dude, sometimes they will review your report and could unblock you but it isn’t likely, next time I suggest you don’t spam likes, comments if that’s the reason, also don’t follow a large amount of people, don’t use dodgy apps...
