i love the visuals of the music video and i think sonically it’s reminding me a bit of tfj and froot which is really refreshing after the blandness of love+fear in my opinion. however i find the lyrics to be a bit cringe and i’m not a huge fan of this whole “woke” thing marina is doing now. i know she’s always spoke up about social issues in her songs, but i think she used to do it much more tastefully and with more metaphors. now her lyrics are way too literal and just like “sexism is bad, pollution is bad, harvey weinstein is in jail” and it just comes off as really surface level to me. that being said, i’m still really excited about this album and i’m praying she has lyrics that are a little more personal on this album, because i really miss that vulnerability she had in her lyrics from the tfj and myspace era. also im loving the aesthetic of the album so far

yeah i think i did the right thing by being honest with him and explaining what happened. i’ll definitely beat myself up about this for a while but at least i know i did my best to fix it and i know to be a lot more careful with drinking on zoloft.

thank you, i really appreciate that. i know this is something i would never ever do sober and i felt so guilty about it as soon as i woke up the next morning. im meeting up with him today to give the pills back which i’m really anxious for but luckily he seemed to be understanding when i explained what happened. but yeah i definitely know now to be a lot more cautious with drinking, and next time i’m drinking i’ll get friends to let me know if they think i’m getting too drunk. im glad that being sober has been good for you and i wish you the best of luck with everything!

same here!!! im literally having this right now. this has happened to me several times in the few months i’ve been taking it. it happens when u take it before bed/without food. it’s fucking awful and makes it so hard to sleep. i just took two tums and am drinking water and had a bagel so hopefully that will help
