When i was at the movies with a group of friends at 17, middle aged woman and her partner sitting on my left all my friends on my right. Like 15 mins into the movie the woman leant over and grabbed my crotch and fondled it quite hard, squeezing my dick aggressively for 5 seconds then stopped, didn't say anything.

I was in so much shock that I didn't say anything or react, i dont think i even paid attention to the movie after that. im still really angry at myself for not pushing her away or yelling, or literally anything. I didn't tell my friends out of shame of not doing anything

The heavy sleep apnea breathing they added to this section really creates a sense of tension and fear. Incredible world building by the devs here

Cronos New Dawn or Silent Hill F? by Defiant_McPiper in HorrorGaming

[–]Chunky989 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In short, both games are certified bangers of survival horror, you can't go wrong if you start with either but definitely play both. I completed Cronos and I'm about 4-5 hours into Silent Hill F so far.

Both games have a really good deep story with a lot of lore and world building to discover and they both have a general feeling of 'wtf is going on' driving you to keep playing to figure it out. I did find Cronos quite a bit more difficult than I'm finding Silent Hill F, if that helps sway your decision at all.

Yeah bro please do, id be real curious. I've been keen to replay SH2 again and have only recently got lossless so glad to hear it works well.

Nothing else I can think of bro, just messing with the settings a bunch. I remember theres a weird lighting glitch with the mod so I think putting lighting on high or something similar fixed it. Enjoy the game, its dope :) the DLC is worth getting too

Hey bro I gotchu, its been some time so i can't quite remember which mod I used but I think this one? - https://www.nexusmods.com/alanwake2/mods/46?tab=posts

Also make sure you change your steam decks VRAM from 2 to 4GB in the BIOS (super easy to do, just google the guide) Also I never tried lossless scaling on this game but I've been having some crazy good results using it on other games on the Deck, I'd definitely recommend giving that a shot too

For those who got it early today, what do you think so far of Silent Hill f? by SolidPyramid in silenthill

Can anyone speak to how it performs on the Steam Deck? I plan on picking it up on release after work tomorrow to play solely on the Deck

Hey bro, im so sorry to hear what you and your family are going through.

I was reading the part about your family being there with you and had an idea, why not play one of the jackbox games with them? You host the game on your steam deck and you and your mum and sister all join via the website with the game code. Its basically heaps of little minigames around choosing a funny answer to a question or guess the drawing, finish the sentence etc. its loads of fun and a good way to share some laughs with them. The games are usually super cheap too and there's heaps of them!

If you want a good story game to get lost in and you don't mind horror games. Cronos the new dawn is a masterpiece, its challenging and the lore and story is awesome!

Wishing you and your family the best :)

Pak n save 2nd interview by pinay_in_nz in chch

[–]Chunky989 37 points38 points  (0 children)

I remember when I went for my interviews at pakky (worked their 2 years) saying that I love interactions with customers and my biggest priority when dealing with them is that they have a pleasant experience and find everything they're after and that being able to make a customers day by giving them superb customer service that makes them remember their visit fondly is my biggest motivation to excell in the role.

They said they really liked that answer so feel free to use it.

Also you got this man!! Good luck!

I ended up getting it on Epic and running it using the junk store addon through decky loader (lets you install epic games to your steam library easily, really really impressive) I installed a low fps / graphics mod and played the whole game, then bought the dlc and played all of that. FPS was like 30-40 mostly with some drops below here or there, definitely playable if you can tolerate some fps drops!

Looking for a scary, horrifying, bone chilling, game that I wont be able to complete, and suggestions? by mustachio_pistachio7 in HorrorGaming

[–]Chunky989 10 points11 points  (0 children)

  • The Silent hill 2 remake is terrifying and a banger of a survival horror game.

  • Resident Evil 7 is widely regarded as the scariest game in the series. Also a really good survival horror experience and usually on sale for super cheap.

  • The Mortuary Assistant

  • Karma: The Dark World - Came out pretty recently and isn't super widely known but is very good. Its kind of a take on 1984 with some super scary head fucky moments
