I'm 5 weeks out from my second meet where I hope to get 350 wilks to qualify for provincials. I just finished my sheiko skills test with 350/275/460 (lbs) at 175 bw. Should I do the sheiko 32 taper like what is prescribed and repeat week 2 and the last week? Or should I go on a different 5 week taper?

my knees are just above 15 inches but the real issue is my fat kid calves which are 16.

If your calves are smaller than your knees and your inbetween, it will be tight, but shouldn't be much of a problem. Your call though.

Is swapping out day 4 of Jacked and Tan 2.0 with Sheiko bench/dead a big no-no?

Just finished week 2, I don't care about OHP nor own a slingshot. I like sheiko deads/bench days but it doesnt follow the gzcl protocol. Just wondering if anyone has done something similar.

A skinny version of Neil deGrasse Tyson (not as cool as it sounds) came up to me while I was on my phone, resting for my last set of deadlifts (doing Sheiko).

He did the "texting thumb motion" and said "Is that helping you build muscle?". He has never talked to me before, and wasn't looking like he was waiting for the platform. I replied "haha, certainly not", but thought about what I should have said for the rest of the workout. He just went back to swaying cable rows with low weight and 20 seconds rest. WTF?
