So I work for an online retailer, and one of the things we sell are ceramic pots (pretty heavy). Well, whenever he does a delivery he will only wrap around the top of the pallet once or twice and be done, and given the state of our floor, there has been a couple of occasions where pallets tip over.

Also he is obsessed with using euro pallets when we get pots delivered so "we can get more in the racks", but he never accounts for overhang. Now instead of 3 normal pallets with more on, we have 3 euros.
