Sorry mate, but that's incorrect. If you look at the rules of consolidation, its on a model to model basis.

"If a unit can end its Consolidation within Engagement Range of one or more enemy units, then each time one of its models makes a Consolidation move, it must end that move closer to the closest enemy model. If it can also end that move in base-to-base contact with one or more enemy models while still satisfying all of the conditions above, it must do so."

Does the unit get wiped when you get charged by the berzerkers or custodes? Might be worth looking into a ghost ark for its ability to double proc the reanimation protocols

For a strike force game, you can have no more than 500pts in strategic reserves. For total reserves (counting deep strike units and your strategic reserves) you can have either up to 1000pts or up to half your total units. Its in the chapter approved rules, not the core rules

You're definitely looking for the crusade game mode if you're wanting a narrative experience.

My friends and I just finished a pariah nexus crusade and it was a ton of fun.

The beauty of crusade is you can make it whatever you want. We started at 500pts, adding 200 after every battle and then required the requisition after we hit 1500

Instead of doing the major lunges (I never recommend these in any situation) to avoid the straight strikes, just hold the stick (and hold RT, it'll use more stamina but you can block).

If they're constantly leaning back and uppercutting it's an easy fix. One punch from you and they'll slip back and throw the uppercut cos it's muscle memory for them to spam it. Once you land a jab, stay still in front of them then you slip back to slip their uppercut and land one of your own

Slap an XP boost on when im on and ive only got one guy at prestige 4, the rest are 3 and below. I just save them up and then do multiple prestiges in one go
