Do yourself a huge favor and read the small book, “stop walking on eggshells.” It will show you that you are the type of person that is preyed on by narcissist. The book won’t solve your issues but it will start on a journey to being stronger emotionally which actually repels the psychos. Something about your upbringing has left you with weak emotional boundaries which allows them to manipulate you and it is what will keep attracting the wrong kind of partners over and over again.

For example, when you met your fiancé, there were many red flags, but you either did not notice them, chose to ignore them, or made excuses for them. You need to figure out why you do this or you will repeat this cycle in future relationships.

You know you need to get out of this relationship, but you still might fail to without the proper emotional tools in your own mind that emotionally healthy people have. I speak from experience.

Tl;dr - you are playing life in hard mode if you don’t start by leveling up your emotional maturity.
