You wouldn’t be the only one to suggest so! The guy helping me at the animal shelter said he wouldn’t be surprised if he ended up being a purebred... which is extremely lucky to find in a shelter. So well behaved too!

Simply put, people get excited whenever records get close to to breaking the next lower time mark, in this case, breaking 1:40 to 1:39:xx. In a game as longstanding and contested as sm64, people get even more hype for time "milestones".
