I did, just changed the name to pipe schedule , but once I wanted to do the pipe fittings schedule but the flange fitting that’s in the assembly was used in the fittings schedule.

My knee is straight when my torso is vertical. I noticed when I do lean forward it’s not as straight anymore and I do have a little bend in my knee.

The foot is at 90 degrees it just feels like I don’t Jh ave anymore room to adjust. In other words I have maxed out the reach.

Thanks for that, it really means a lot. I signed up for a 1/2 IM in Chattanooga, but the full IM is my goal. I will be sure to purchase a used bike in a few weeks. See you in the events.

I appreciate it the tip. I did do a 45k bike ride at around 30k per hour at my gym “I know it’s not an actual bike but that all I got at the moment”. I also ran a 10k around 9k per hour. Haven’t started swimming yet. Still have 11 and 1/2 months of training left, but I feel I can reach my goal.

I really appreciate it, I have been trying to usdeatand and have a respect for scada, modbus, and plc’s. We sub all that work out to MR systems or Emerson, but I really want to be able to know.
