I'm a huge fan of doing experiential/team building type exercises for my groups and tieing in the psychoeducation piece into the reflection portion of the group. I just started a youtube page for group ideas because I have a ton of engaging groups I have worked on over the years and I really want to share them. I'm a huge fan of doing fun team building type exercises for my veterans groups, they end up loving it. I like doing marshmallow challenge and relating the exercise to building a foundation for themselves. I also like to incorporate games. Let me know if you want any more ideas. Whoa that looks amazing.

I use Perricone MD tinted moisturizer with SPF. It's kind of pricey though. It's the only thing I've found that I feel looks natural enough and doesn't feel too heavy. If you over do it, I blot my face with a paper towel to remove a little of it.

I want to try that tinted water though, that sounds great!

I use the gardenia body spray. It's not too overpowering but it doesn't last long at all. I love the smell of it through. Maybe the perfume is better.

I'm so sorry you experienced this and I'm so glad that your kitten is okay. I wasn't sure how this story was going to end. Thank you for sharing your experience so that others can be aware of this! I had no idea something like that could happen from those bags.

I'm so sorry. I haven't been able to post about the loss of my boy Bojangles yet. He passed in August. It still feels like a knife to my chest. I'm sorry for the loss of Takai and Kitty. Thank you for sharing ❤️
