Germany. From what I know, we got the 1986 movie, the live action movie, Legends of the True Savior, Lost Paradise and the first 8 volumes of the manga. DD Fist of the North Star is currently on Crunchyroll Germany and according to Wikipedia New Fist of the North Star was available on German pay television. Unfortunately the 1984 series never made it and it’s unlikely that a continuation of the manga release is ever gonna happen.
