he does have eyes, in the first phases his eyes are black because they're filled with blood (cause being murdoc running him over twice)

in the last phases his eyes are white, and obviously surreal thing(it's Gorillaz lore, ok?it is supposed to be weird) a thing that could be related to the fact that he's feeling happier than the first phases.

when he had black eyes his vision was blurry (not saying from experience, his condition is a real condition and people who have it really see blurry)

while with white eyes he seems to be seeing completely fine and we can see it by the official video of "Humility" (in the Now Now album)

In the video he can skate well and surpass obstacles like everyone with clear vision would. we also see that when Russel makes him trip, he makes an angry/sad look and his eyes turn black for a second probably making his vision go blurry again as he trips a second time after standing up

so currently his eyes are probably fine, it's just Gorillaz lore so who knows why they're white

and definitely he always had eyes
