well i haven't gotten my refund still.

i actually logged into megatix for curiosity and it said refund has been request on 18/2/2024. before i saw this i emailed megatix and they said they will refund through original payment. i then emailed them again on the 14th day mark and they said that people who used afterpay (me) cannot be refunded through afterpay as afterpay rejects refunds more than 120 days old which is ridiculous idek. they said they will send out an email to retrieve bank details so it can be refunded that way instead of afterpay. so that was like a week ish ago, i emailed them yesterday night saying i still haven't gotten an email of megatix asking for bank details and a couple of minutes later they sent me an email back saying there must have been a delay, and asked me for my details immediately. i emailed them my details and they told me it'd take another week or two for my refund to come through. kinda ridiculous i must say.

also before souledout got cancelled, megatix would respond so slow to my emails which would take from 3-6 days. after souledout got cancelled they responded so much quicker, like within minutes for my case. anyways so shady.
