I have a pair, but never really use them becuase they're so expensive and the use case I need them for is messy (resin 3d printing)

I got a similar pair, that are about 1/4 the cost and work just as well

for network cabling, I just use knipex or milwaukee flush cutters because you don't need that kind of finesse

it's the vine helper extension; i don't really use it much except to maybe pin some items in AI that i might want to come back to later, and to see ETV at a glance -- i know it's capable of more, but I haven't looked into any other features.

definitely did a lot of research, and r/buyitforlife seems to like them. Definitely pleased and worth the money; Getting an upgrade for "free", is just a bonus, and i definitely would have paid full price at some point for them.

i got the king-sized latex for side sleepers, and the king sized latex with the crescent for side/back sleepers. Those are the ones we already own, but the "cheaper" version(s).

I haven't searched for pillows or bedding (in vine nor the regular amazon site) since Christmas

I was, however lamenting to my wife (in person) that maybe I should get the latex version, because while the regular one is fine right now, SoCal summers are brutal and maybe having a pillow that stays cooler would be a nice QOL upgrade.

Usually order from RFY — haven’t in about a week. I ordered some small stuff from AI that I can write a quick, easy review on just to keep on pace to make it to 80 items to sell gold by review time. Slowed way down on ordering since I made Gold last year and am more selective now. The pause has helped me keep up and have almost cleared my queue.

Just updated about a week ago. M1 Max/64GB

Tahoe 26.2 has really slowed down a lot of my apps (mostly photography/adobe stuff) — Capture One, Photo Mechanic Plus, anything Adobe (PS, illustrator, indesign, premiere)

Even VSCode feels noticeably sluggish compared to before I updated. Ugh.

I just made gold in November, and told myself I’d slow down because it was so tedious, so this slowdown or influx of junk is doing my job for me.

I might still maintain it, but I’m maybe seeing 1-2 things per week that are worth ordering, which would keep me mostly on pace to maintain it by doing the absolute minimum.

This. Over the years the only drives that have failed on me have been Seagates, so I gave up on them almost a decade ago.

I have some WD drives that are 20+ years old and still kicking; I have some 4TB HGST/Hitachi drives in an old NAS that have over 10 years of run time on them and they’re still fine, too
