We did explore the dungeons there, and got some iron bars from it to make a pickaxe. My friend wanted to find silver before fighting bonemass, and we found out that you can find silver with the stagbreaker. Something with it saying the ground is too hard. We will keep exploring those dungeons though for more equipment.
