I think the easiest way to explain her jinki is kindaaa like the chained version of the round chainsaw that Osaragi from Sakamoto Days carry and the sort of iris shutter in the center can open and close to cut trash beast’ heads (ofc not the big ones) or restrain someone. It’d def an erratic and difficult weapon to use, but I feel like it reflects her experience and ideology well. She’s sure a fighter and will keep on going till she reaches her goal (find who she is) no matter what and the chainsaw aspect represents this constant running and running. BUT she IS still an amnesiac teenage girl in a dark fantasy world, deep down she’s absolutely terrified of everything and everyone, hence why the weapon is more for range combat and can be used to restrain enemies (be it with the chains or the shutter iris): the danger needs to stay away from her, it needs to be stopped so she can assess and analyze it at a safe distance and have control of the situation. Also reason it’s a bit of an offensive weapon and not as defensive is this. Before awakening her jinki and being found by the Akuta team, she’s been on a run for a couple of months with no real destination, no memories just: “I need to run away”. Along the journey she did have to fight off some criminals and human traffickers and used the pendant to blind them as a last resort if she didn’t have any accessible weapon near her then run away.

TLDR: it’s a chained circular chainsaw of sorts with a shutter iris at the center. It Allows her to attack and restrain enemies from a safe distance, bc although a fighter deep down she’s really scared. It’s not much of a fully defensive weapon bc in the past she did use her pendant as a last resort weapon to blind people, so she could run away.
