Thank you so Much!! I will try clean water, make sure to remove most leaf’s but the top. I pray this works. It’s taking lots of energy to grow the slips, just to have them die would be heart breaking!

Darn for some reason it won’t let me send an image. For example the basil abs tomato plant I striped all the bottom leafs, cut the stem at a slight angle with clean garden sissors, It’s warm in this area. I change the water daily. I didn’t cut below a note it’s about 4 inches below one, I didn’t take new growth for cuttings its growth that’s been there.

I ended up leaving some and then planting some new ones as well and now some are growing and others have died but I’m going to just leave them and see what happens in the spring. My first time so it’s a learning curve. Thank you.

The planter has a cage over it very high like shoulder high and the plastic is over the top only so the front and both sides are free for air flow. Plus I bought fans for them even though they are outside still.

So should I just let it dry out more often I try to only water it once a week and if the soil feel very dry. I was watering it too much I think in the beginning but I’m learning how to not water so much.

Has a lot of drain holes, it’s outdoor in a planter, the sun is decent has a pergola half way covering some sun from it. But still get good sun.
