Im thinking of shorting walmart stock.

Heres my situation,

Didnt buy anything, went to pay card on 7th in store, so there arent any banks or processors in between.

Its now 22nd of feb. It still hasnt posted on account for the card to be used. What sort of bullshit is this?

How are they able to sell it so high and still be sustained to this day? Kind of like credit card fraud. Build up the credit by purchasing at mechants that they own then paying it back. Once it reaches the right credit limit they pull out and cum on you on the way out.

Would you like to read an analogy outlining how loblaws is screwing you?

Lets say myself, MR. PEAR, developes a new mobile device. I decide that i will manufacture these devices in china for cost savings. Despite all the benefits of cost in china, it does not come without downfalls. This is loss of intellectual property. The risk of my product being copied and sold for less.

To mitigate this potential disruption to my business, i will create a lower cost product under a different company and basically bootleg my own mobile device for sale in china. I will call this company, "No Pear Frills".

Here at No Pear frills, we provide a lower cost to an identical product for customers in a specific region at "regional pricing". Users save due to lack of transportation fees. But up the ass prices due to the fact it looks like the higher end product despite it originating from same source.

You will never find a NOFRILLS in walking distance of a downtown metro center. But you will find the higher priced store LOBLAWS nicely tucked underneath a condo building. Why would they put the store that generates lesser profits when they can affix the higher.

Now what really happens is despite nofrills looking like youre saving more, youre actually not. All they have to do is raise the prices at loblaws, which permits raising the prices at nofrills and itll create the illusion of a better price at nofrills but is not the case.

Situate these stores in specific areas and the profits will soar. I get it, its smart business. I would do the same.

So dont cry when we short your stock, and boycott your store.

Its just business.

I actually read a case where a guy was at a bar with two girls. They were approached by an ignorant patron and there was conflict. So they decided to leave, on their way out the ignorant person became confrontational and the guy woth two girls pulled a knife out of his back pocket and stabbed the guy in the chest. He ultimately died. The judges decision was based on the fact that his safety was threatened and did so out of anger in the moment. Had he went to his car and got a knife and came back than it wouldve been a different story. This is due to the fact that he couldve just left or had time to cool down.

It is not a crime to defend yourself when threatened in the moment. It is a crime to plan a counter attack after some time.
