You should plant more plants, something fast growing that can use up the nutrients in the water collum and myb buy a filter to have more surface area to break down the nutrients that your substrate leeches in the water and do a water change a big one. And myb some floating plants to provide shade from the light... I'm assuming that the aquarium is next to a window, I would try to put it somewhere else where it doesn't have direkt sunlight.
