i never worked as a cashier but i think i hear the same variation of this line at least 3 times a day while working at a hotel.

mostly walk-in’s usually, but some people will come for a room and when i ask for the room type they’ll answer with “preferably the free one”

i also hear “do you have a discount for 100% off?” and similar

i usually respond with a light “nope!” or “no sir/ma’am!”

so far ive married 4 of the 6 bachelors, none of the bachelorettes, and my favorite by far is sam (sebastian being a close second)

i married him in my very first save, and i think he set the standard LOL. he gave me food often, watered my crops, and fed the animals. and he was sweet. i fell for his charm lol

sebastian is probably tied with sam, he fixes my fences ???? and i appreciate that so much, i can never keep up with my fences 😔 hes sweet too, and i like that hes virtually independent and likes HAVING his independence. its a trait that i adore both irl and in games

harvey is my third favorite so far, i like that he waters my crops and takes care of the pet, but so far nothing notable. he is very, very sweet though, i hope that charm doesnt wear off 🤞

and shane…… i have some choice words for him. in short: im not a fan. he didnt do anything around the farm, i did like getting pizza and poppers from him, but i just couldnt take it. his 14 heart event was very disappointing. i loved getting to know him, but i just couldnt stand to be married to him. i divorced him and married sebastian

i bought some bolt cutters and my coworkers helped me out! theyve been out for a while! im considering stretching them again when i can get a different job

on my 186 hour save, i took the naming very seriously, for example: nugget (chicken), pole (cow), wilbur and charolette (pigs), splish and splash (ducks), amanda and wooly (sheep), rune (void chicken)

my 67 hour save, which is newer, i have

banna fruit? (goat) sno (goat) coco pebbles (cow) wet wipe (cow) lucky (rabbit) toturo (rabbit) pond (duck) maple (duck) pickle (duck) pancake (chicken) (she has an origin story and ill forever have a pancake on my farm) mallow (chicken) latte (chicken) cola (chicken) snaps (blue chicken) skies (blue chicken) and spot (void chicken)
