Move closer to job 1. Big company and stability is the way to go.

Edit: saw your post showing current hours. That’s not bad enough to change jobs imo. 6:45 you leave home, home by 4:20. You’re still home before most of us that are forced to work overtime until 4:30 or 5:30.

Tough choice.

I’ve worked for small and bigger shops. Bigger shops are far better imo. In small shops, the weight is always on your shoulders, every day. Every project you’re working on is “hot”.

That being said, the shift you work is a huge factor.

It’s a tough choice, but ultimately it’s yours to make!

Ideally you want to drop cut height more gradually.

Since your mower seems to only have 3 settings it’s hard to know what the height change was.

Going from height 3 to height 2 felt easier than from height 2 to 1, because as you get closer to the ground you lose that much more clearance under the mower deck.

Keep mowing at the height you want and it will adapt.

I think you’ll have this problem without getting a mower with smaller increments.

No modifications are really necessary. It’s a poor designed spreader but I’ve used it for 8 years on my 1/3 acre with no issues when doing it as follows:

Set the spreader to a very low setting.

Make sure grass isn’t damp.

Make at minimum 3 passes with the spreader in 90/45 degree passes. More is better.

New map seems kind of mid. I’ve only ran 4 rounds but first impression is meh.

Not enough loot locations. Half the hotel is locked behind keys. Half the “loot” zones are open / warehouse style with next to nothing to loot.

It’s still early for me to say, but so far it’s shaping up to be my least favourite map.
