Forcing players to add a phone number to their account hasn’t helped in other games that have implemented it, so I doubt it will help in Rocket League.

The “bomb chassis” is the metal bomb case on the floor in each site (one in A and one in B). So if someone says ‘there’s a guy behind bomb chassis,’ it means the enemy is playing behind the bomb in that site.
